Framework note: This instrument is built within conventional nonprofit organizational frameworks: governance boards, strategic planning, HR systems, revenue structures. These reflect Western institutional norms that don't map cleanly onto all organizational forms, particularly Indigenous-led organizations, collective models, and community-governed structures. We've tried to acknowledge those limits within the questions themselves. If the framework doesn't fit your context, the open text boxes and thought capture panel are the right place to say so.
